Having trouble feeling my energy

I've recently started my opening of the third eye and today will be the second day. When i was trying my meditations i had trouble feeling my energy. Is there anything that i can do to help me with this??

It just takes time Cody.When I first started opening mine,it was hard to feel anything too.But as I continued,and didn't give up,now I have a very strong aura,and can feel the energy of my chakras very strongly.But like anything else,dedication and patients will pay off.
