i still dont know about the chakras and meditatinbasically i just dont know anything can i please get some guidance...or some who is really good and experienced to teach me about satanism, i read all the articles

Well, did you read everything in the JoS site? Because it mentions all what you don't know about there. There's an entire section about meditations.

I've told you before, just read EVERYTHING in templeofzeus.org and if you want don't understand something ask it here, publiclly.
