foundation meditation

Sorry for all my questions, but when doing foundation meditation, should you keep your eyes closed or open? i've had mine closed. have been doing it for one and a half week now. And i belive i can feel like a hot radiation hitting my arms and face. not the rest of the body.
maybe it's just my imagination that plays tricks on me i don't know. I will and try to feel the energy flow into me. so am i doing it right or wrong?

I don't think it matters, really. I don't think there's a wrong way to
do the foundation meditation. Energy feels different to everyone; to
me, it feels like a tingling sensation. Not warm, but like if you wer
to stick your finger in a socket. Lol. If you want to do it with your
eyes closed, go ahead; just do what feels best to you. Ave Satanas!

aha the first times i tried foundation and was able to do it, i feelt that tingeling sensation.. hard to explain. I think i wrote it in here not so long ago. and i asked if i felt the tingeling feeling in my how body was what energy might feel like. maybe i have been doing it wrong then that i don't feel warm, i feel the tingeling too. cause it feelt like i stuck my finger in the the socket
maybe that was the first time i felt energy. then i have to say that wow, this is realy hard! cause i have been doing it for almost too weeks every day now...
