Floor burn.

Hey guys, Mikki here. Today in gym, we were playing hockey and, well, someone tripped me. I slid a couple of feet and got a nasty floor burn on my knee. It's pretty big and hurts terribly. I can hardly bend my leg and even hurts when I'm just sitting (not moving). My parents want me to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) but I overheard (here in one of the groups) that acetaminophen is not healthy and hurts your liver.

What can I do to help heal myself faster and get rid of the pain? It's pretty bad and very touchy; I can't touch it without feeling fierce pain.

Apply golden energy to the area. Visualise a bright golden ball, almost like a sun, over the injured area, and affirm that it is healing quickly.

Other than that, you can take some pain killers and tough it out.

Thanks everyone. I'm healing nicely and the pain is barely there. (:
And En Haraden Amlug, if I were to take medication (of any kind) what would you say is safe enough? (I've had bad headaches for the past few days, too.)
