Hello brothers,
Today after doing my daily Hatha Yoga session, when I began to do the void meditation ( last exercise) I started to feel so damn dizzy, I wanted to close my eyes, a terrible headache took over and I felt like sleeping. It's the fist time this happened to me. The sensation is a bit like being stoned. Whatever it is is making me weak and my head is turning around.
I've been opening my chakras ( Month 2 in the Join Hell's army program)
Could this be linked?
