Explanation of Eclipse Backlash?

A while ago, Pythia wrote a post about how the Solar Eclipse a while back caused a backlash of Water (because it was in a Fire sign).

I can see that happening (Harvey, Irma, Jose, Katia)... but could anybody explain it in depth? It doesn't make sense to me how an Eclipse could cause that to happen.

I don't know very much about this, but the sun has also increased in power, as well; then, with the eclipse cooling things down, that has significant effects.

I dont know about anyone else, but I personally see it as an Omen of certain entities associated to Water and Fire.  A Tsunami a storm is Building.
