Energy measurement

Hello, I've been wondering, is there anything that can help you measure your energy levels?

I've seen a few people use EMF's : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfPzaIcBBTs

And I just thought it would be really cool to be able to see how much your energy has increased after let's say, a week. So you could maybe write that down and see how much a change in your routine could affect your energy.

It's far too complicated. It doesn't measure energy like at physics. You'll feel the energy fluctuation when it drops/changes without other objects.
