energy lost?

I can't feel the energies of the magical squares any more , i skipped few days and when i'm back to using the squares, the energy isn't being generated and raised as before?
what happened ? and how to solve this problem?

Can't skip any days, you need to do the exact correct number of repetitions every day without skipping or it doesn't work.

Ok guys, i'm a little worried, i wanted to mention that even when i do Kundalini yoga , the buzz energy is also lost.
