Elemental Equilibrium

In the Bardon's IIH they talk a lot about " self-crafiting" that we must achieve elemental equilibrium before advancing, that we have to change any negative trait into a more positive ones. All that looks like xtiam crap to me.
Does someone can explain that in more satanic point of view?

Yes, we cannot take what is  there, like everything, as the real truth. There are a lot things put there to control people,like the karmic laws for exemple. But many of the tecnics are usefull ( tool is just a tool and obey what the user want to do). After all Bardons IIH is in the recomended literature of the Joy of Satan site.
