Electrokinesis progress

Almost none =/
I feel the energy. But it won't come out of my body

Any ideas?
Biokinesis was alot easier...
But this, well it's kicking my butt.
I get a few random shocks here and there, but that could be my imagination
Does anyone have any experience with this? Or any info at all?

How are your chakras aligned? Biokinesis I thought was inward, anything dealing with projecting should be pointed in reverse, and should be made the normal way once done.
Don't take my word for it, jsut what I understood.
