Difference between feeling energy and feeling a presence

 I having a hard distinguishing between my energy, external energy(environment), or if there somebody or guardian demon (I may never know )  Everytime I meditate I feel coolness around me most of time. I am wondering what that is?

Hmmm
Can you tell the same difference on the physical plane?
Maybe it is close to the difference between feeling wind blowing on you and feeling a person is next to you?
Many people erroneously think that the astral is completely different from the physical in all aspects.
As I never consciously recognized an astral presence near me, I can't really help much sorry, hope someone has some input on this. That's an interesting question though.
