Demons hierarchy

Hello, I would like to ask about demons hierarchy. Especially about two demons, Belial and Baal . Who is higher in hierarchy?
If I have 2 pictures of their sigil, and a space which is exactly as their two sigils so one must be put up and another down in the altar, which should be upper or is it OK whichever I put?

So first is Satan, and then Baal Zebul, Astarorh and Azazel, so among Baal and Belial higher rank has Baal!
