Hi everybody, So I've tried inducing myself into a deep trance for a long time i really tried, maybe it worked like one time for the past 3 months, now i heard about other ways to do it and that is with the sound i think it's called " Binaural beats " or whatever 
, i am trying to induce myself into a deep trance and i hope this works please tell me what you think, and if you tried it before and how did it work, ohh and the most important question do i have to put it on max volume or very low well i will try and do it today any help would be great, thank you.
