I am at intermediate level.. I was looking at the profile of our gods then suddenly I came across Dantalian... When I started reading it blew my mind..EVERY ONE of his attributes resonates with me completely... Its like we are sooo similar... I really have this strong urge to meet him and talk to him... I want to ask him so many things and talk about so much... However I am astrally not very open yet... Should i summon him?? I really want to!

If you feel a strong bond like you are saying, then go ahead and summon him 
The Gods do want us to get closer to them. Focusing on his sigil can help you get in tune with him. Even if you can't communicate astrally, you might still be able to start building a bond with him.
