Damage to the pineal gland ?

Hey brothers and sisters, I read somewhere that meat, of any kind is unhealthy for the pineal gland.
Is this true?
And what other foods are unhealthy for it ?

It sounds you need to sharpen your bullshit detector. Don't believe whatever new age nonsense you read, because it's BS 99% of the time. Only fluoride damages the pineal gland from what I'm aware of.
