Cursing an unknown offender

What do you recommend to do if I want to curse an idiot who does damage to our Satanic Community, but none of us knows his name or face? We only know his online nickname.

He's not trolling here, but on the local forums in my country. He changes his name like clothes, he created 30+ new accounts with different names in 2 days. Anyway, he disappeared for 1-2 days now.
