Cure advice

Probably some of you experienced problems with sore throat, flu, plugged nose ( i'm not sure how is it said, not my native language ). It makes meditating so difficult, almost to impossible. You can't breathe properly, you can't focus, you cough all the time. I have problems with that a lot. It is in pretty serious condition right now, but one thing i have noticed that it helps a lot is mineral water. I don't know why exactly, but my throat stopped hurting, which makes it easier for me to swallow and to breathe. Just wanted to share this with you as i suppose that's a common problem as it can delay advancing. Maybe because of natural soda, don't know? ..

Probably is the sodium content in the mineral water. You can gargle with warm Salt water and that can help. It shrinks the tissues.
