Crust around crown chakra,,

Hi,

I'm brand new to the group and like first to introduce myself. I use to be a serious meditation practitioner several years ago. I've recently become involved with it again because of the joyofsatan website. However, in doing the aura cleaning exercises I've found that there is a type of hard crust around my crown chakra that I cannot get the light to remove. I feel like it is a hex of some sort that I must have received three or so years ago, but I'm not sure what to do about it now. Any suggestions?

Try breathing a breathe of fire and condense it to a small powerful flame then try to burn it off. try that, will it to be gone while burning it
