Every time I cleanse I use gold energy. In the past I have drawn in much energy through my crown chakra and Amon Ra has assisted me in one particular meditation. He led me to a pyramid, down a hall, up a dark stairway with torches. Into a room with fire/candles? And to the center with a golden obelisk that had writings carved in it. Amon told me to touch it, I did, and took in much.
A few days later I could literally hear the "buzzing" of the energy in my crown and pitiutary gland vibrating off and on in certain intervals.
I could also make it vibrate when I consciously thought of it.
