After I do a third eye working I look at them they turn greenish colour around their body or face. My uncles arm turned black and then back to normal.

A green color aura is not a corrupted being, they may love you as green is the color off love.
Your uncle may have a illness/future issue with his arm.
You could clean his aura with returning curses 1&2.
