Controlling things with your mind

Lately i have been trying to do stuff such as turn on a light with my
mind. what should i visualize when trying to do it and how/what collor
should my energy i am sending at it be? also when i try to send
negative energy at other what color should it be and where shoul di
aim it?? thanks for all the help everyone in advance=] HAIL SATAN!

Why don't you start with the pendulem... and moving it back and forth
and in circles with your mind... and you can consult a demon if you
need too. It's just easier for now.... and a good mind exercise to do
before switching on a light. )
