confused on humming breath

i have read this on joy of satan website.
and it says with lips closed,
but then exactly how do you vibrate the words?
because with lips closed it sounds like your vibrating the same thing over and over again.

is how you do it,
say the mantra, then hum the end part?

Didn't I say that you don't close your lips in normal vibration? I said vibration is LIKE the humming breath, not the humming breath. It follows the same pattern, like make a continuous sound through the entire exhale, BUT you don't close your lips. In the humming breath you just make a "hummmmmmm" sound, you don't vibrate a mantra or something.
