Not the same, but loacted close to eachother. The Sixth Chakra is in the middle of the head/brain (in a physical sence of location). The Penial Gland is behind that, down a bit and to the right a little. If that makes sence? It takes some practice to just feel it out. I believe there is a diagram on the JoS somewhere of where the Penial Gland is located in a brain cross section.

no the pineal gland is an organ in the body(in the brain to be exact) while the 6th chakra is in your soul they are different for instance you can not say your physical heart and your heart chakra are the same they different one is in your physical body the other in your soul.....get it i hope this helps HAIL SATAN
