Confused about Al Jiwah

In one of the commandments Satan says "I do not allow friendly association with other people."
This doesn't sound like Father at all.. could someone please explain?

He is meaning to only have very close relationships with other satanists. People who are without satan are unpredictable and would become a problem to you because people are in belief that satan is bad. In other words dont tell people you are a satanist

HiI'm not an expert but I believe it's said for their own good. Yezidis were persecuted and they were warned not to reveal their beliefs to other tribes or groups.
