Commercial yeast?

Is the commercial yeast good for u at all? Understand the natural one is fine.

And is coconut Suger better then raw organic Suger?

Yeast is yeast. You can make your own yeast in case you dont trust market made. But I find market yeast good and not adulterated. Just get ordinary yeast. Coconut sugar is obviously better than white sugar.

Not instance yeast, or more then all the same.....

The Suger I speak of is raw brown organic Suger, I should've been specific on it.

You can make your own yeast actually. You just need to use a culture. Culture naturally is maybe some fruits, wheat or such. But given fact that veggies are sprayed and stuff its not practical to make yeast. At the most you can try Brewer's yeast if you want a different culture.
