I think it's just a fad.

I feel like they are popping everywhere because the media keep showing them. I'm pretty sure they are just bunch of high schoolers trying to get on TV. I mean, if they want to make a statement then why do they run when ever they see cops?

Maybe the first sighting was the only real one with bad intentions.

The movie IT is coming out soon I believe. I wouldn't be surprised if its some sort of fucked up advertising or some such. I don't know.

Hmmm...I don't know where you get 30 plus clowns...could you include links to where you are getting this info? I really think it sounds ridiculous. Maybe I'm wrong but it just seems silly.
