How to make my spirit strong enough to perform a spell?

I saw what it takes relaizar the feitoço according to schedules: Jupiter, moon, sun (for now without problems), but then I saw that the moon must be ocm signs: Taurus, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius. As I see it?

You have to have somewhere specific to perform spells? Or equipment?
