chakras rotation

hi '
in the ez chakras spin, is the direction of rotation important? some books say emitting is clockwise and taking is anti clockwise. my understanding of the exercise is only take in energy to rotate it faster. and when i do it i use clockwise which seems ok up to now.
others say it doesnt matter, only intent, let nature work. But i think having the right one should amplify the result, no?
2nd question, they also say white mages have positive rotation, black ones negative. it is contradictory with the logic (choa chok sui). anyone got more experience to clarify that?

thanks in advance

No actually direction doesn't matter. You're supposed to imagine then like spinning tornadoes or funnels aligned in the direction they go but spinning. You'll find some chakras are stubborn and want to spin a certain direction more or less. This is fine there Is no set direction

There is not a positive and negative direction to spoin the chakras. You can spin them clockwise or counter-clockwise and which direction you spin them is entirely up to you. Spin your chakras whichever direction feels most comfortable.
