1.Opening/empowering the hand chakras?
2.Opening/empowering the feet chakras?

Or are these chakras just "separate" and not directly connected to any of the 7 main chakras?

What are you talking about- I didn't answer your question? What exactly are you looking for because as far as im concerned your question has been answered. Not to mention this is pretty much an self explanatory question once a person has reviewed the website as a whole. No those chakras are not a part of the main seven. As for the times, I can't tell you that because I don't know what part of the world you are in.

friday for hands,feet saturday.   this is my variation of minor chakras empowerment,circulating energy with the major chakra corresponding to it,like the hands are of the heart,condense a ball of light in ur heart,move it thru ur right arm,all thru the joints,lighting them up,then absorb it thru ur left arm,bring it into the heart chakras,again lighting up every joints.the temples are of the ajna n help in advancing in psychic powers such as clairsentience.0_0 whoa im sleepy lol.sorry for typos im not rereading this.

Draikon88 answered my question directly to me:"The hand chakras are connected to the heart chakra and the feet chakras to the base chakra, so use the specific planetary hours as if you were empowering these chakras." problem solved, I take his/her word for it, unless I have been misinformed? And PS I am not stupid as your replies clearly state that this is what you think of me. I do try to check the JOS website if I have questions before asking them on this e-group, but whatever man, no hard feelings.

well im not sure,the nadis ,the major n minor are connected by this,look at the tree of life in the jos.dunno if this could be considered as them being of a major chakra.but it seem likely so.since we cant be sure of this i suggest u circulate energy of the corresponding major chakra with the minor,at least we're sure the major is in the right timing.n using the energy when the major is at its power n empowering the minor.   i suggest u practice breathing exercises as this develop awareness of the circulation in the nadis pathway.
