Chakra empowerment

I understand that we empower our chakras by using them rather than breathing energy into them. And I know the way to use your 3rd eye in order to empower it is to try to look through it, but what about the other chakras?

We empower our chakras with the Full Chakra meditations, Chakra Breathing, Chakra Spinning, Chakra Sounds, Single Serpent meditation and the Twin Serpent meditation. All of which are found in the "Meditations" section of JoS. I may have forgotten a few, you can find the others on your own.

Right. Do these meditations get chakras used to actually applying their energy as well?
