cant visualize aura correctly

I read aura must be visualized as small particles, but when i try to visulize it my aura is like a light when you look in the sun. I cant visualize it in small particles. Please what should i do?

to clean your aura, you can visualize Sun, or visualize Sun over your head that turns your whole body in white gold

if you can't visualize correctly, you can just vibrate solar mantra like Raum, Surya or Sol that is the Solar Rune and feel the energy
