Sunday solar plex opposite Monday 6th chakraTuesday Sacral opposite Wednesday Throat chakraThursday friday Saturday Crown Heart Root
actually the throat is Venus (Friday) and the heart is Mercury (Wed)  but if you do it like that im sure some good would come of it...work on one chakra longer than the rest
