The Ritual should still be done daily. What he meant was, people could take a small break for a few days after the schedule to recharge, since the schedule was intense this time.

Final Rituals are to be done everyday regardless of any schedule. What he meant was the old Rituals that we do during schedules.

I did way less for about a week I think it's fine since I put in so much effort in the schedule but when you feel ready start doing more again but at least one a day.
