Blocked Connection

I keep trying to get in contact with Lord Lucifer like the site says to and yet something keeps blocking me. I've meditated before and I know what it feels like.
But every time I try to concentrate on out lord, something blocks my connection!
I keep getting this feeling that it had something to do with this guy in my dreams. He had long black/silver hair but I can't seem to remember what his eyes look like.
Can someone help me try and stop this block?

Its the enemy blocking you do voids, aura protection and empowering meds and just ask to Him like He's in the room until you can rebuild that connection, he can always hear you.
