Blockages

I have some charka blockages. I know I've seen something on the Joy of Satan website about unblocking them, but I can't see to locate it again. Could someone quickly point me in the direction of it, or tell me how to unblock my blocked charka. Thank you and hail Satan

You can go old school and when your masterbating and you squeeze in you muscles to hold back, when u hold back visualize and try to feel that energy going up through your your chakras, then once u reach orgasm finally take all that energy from your perifium and bring it up to your blocked chakra
