Better Sleep

I just found out that if you have trouble sleeping, carve Satan's sigil on wood and place it underneath your pillow. Before I did this, I had trouble waking up in the morning, but now, I feel refreshed and ready to face the day.

Just passing this along.

For waking up, a glass of water straight away, helps me A LOT to get rid of grogginess, even if I've had bad sleep.
