If I'm returning curses part 1 and 2, would I need to clean my aura as well? I seem to lose my meditating stamina when I do all three. Then I can't do any other energy work.

Returning Curses 1 and 2 already IS aura cleaning, because you get rid of negative energy and dirty energy and send it to the senders.
