in aura cleansing in page ToZ like visualize before that was pray if not pray but just refill energy what was visualizing Sun and if doing chant like SURYA or RAUM and after that no affirmation for cleansing just focus to refill energy with visualizing sun that will can or not but i'am ever try that's can without pray and affirmation just focus refill energy each cakra and visualizing sun only in chakra then refilling with that chant. it's corrupted or not ?

Prayer isn't the point in this case.
The emphasis is about cleaning. Visualise a white-golden light all around you , inside and outside with the aura and the chakras as well, because the chakras can get dirty also with negative energy or sickness. When the chakras are blocked it can effect our overall health and the organs, and vice-versa.

It is great to get outside if possible in the sunlight because the Sun's white-golden light is both energizing and purifying. It radiates energy in the form of sunlight all around us. We are constantly taking in that energy in different forms. This is why the ancients worshipped it.
