In bed at 2:00, just then I was lieing I bed listening to music on my headphones. And suddenly I started having thoughts about grey aliens, then my eyes were locked on my wardrobe and staring. I dont know why?? Then I felt I was in sleep paralysis but I actually was not. Then I saw static stuff in my mind and it after it stopped. Anyone got a good view. Answer please.
