astral projection books

i was at the book store and i saw some books on astral projection, i have been trying it out for a couple days now and i cant seem to get the hang of it. will these books from the bookstore help? do they give the right information? or are they not safe to use at all? i was mostly looking into this one book called "astral projection for beginners" by Edain McCoy. thank you all in advance

Rather you not use anything you bought from a mainstream bookstore of some sort with a title that has "-for beginners" in it. If anything more it's just probably new age trash.
