Allergies

I'm thinking I might have allergies I lways wake up with a stuffy nose, at first i tought it was weed that was causing it but now that im sober i still have a stuffy nose
Too top it off I can't even sneeze anymore and I want to so bad but I can't should make an appointment? I just dont trust doctors tho or their filthy drugs!!
But I don't know what else to do but keep meditating!

Jay yea my parents leave it on all night because of winter and to top it off my room is small, ima start sleeping in the living room.
