Frustration and agitation from meditation can be caused by a number of things, all of which can be controlled.
Depending on the root of your anger, which only you can determine, there are ways to direct your energy opposite to the nature of anger which I will briefly touch on here. Bear in mind that a smooth emotional state is the result of smooth energy flow throughout the body and increasing that energy as we do through consistent power meditation can cause several adverse effects that usually rectify over time but only if we do not increase the load by mediating further. Since the goal is advancing and quickly if at all possible, I will now present causes of anger and the way to direct energies to avoid them. See which one fits your situation best and try that.
Fear- Fear can be a cause of anger that is generally self directed. The nature of fear is a downwards Qi movement which is why when we are fearful there is a more pressing need to urinate and defecate. The anger is the resultant uprising of energy after the downward flow. Being fearful often can also cause a more steady state of irritability as it overuses the substance of the body that checks the rising of energy. This fear will be characterized by frequent exposure to fearful situations and only you will know if that is the case. Dealing with the fears associated less by confrontation and more by reasoning and logic as well as breathing energy from the lower burner to the top and concentrating on the 7th Chakra are good ways to alleviate this.
Not letting go- This is an intermediate anger, that from fear being one of the weaker forms and stems from holding onto minute details and engaging obsessive thought patterns, such as when someone tailgates you on the freeway and you pay attention to the negativity of the situation to the point where the energy builds up in the lower burner and normally descending energies have nowhere to go and instead rise. This may be accompanied by digestive discomfort, headaches and stiff neck and shoulder. Learn to let things flow downwards when you are in situations that aggravate you and engage void meditation to disperse the negative thought patterns. When you breathe, feel the energy going down as you open your abdomen and up to your head as you exhale, though never out of the body as this disperses the energy and can make you feel very tired.
Rage- Flying into a rage over a violent assault may be warranted but when it becomes a habit over smaller less important aspects of life this can create a high level of frustration and irritation that persists, characterized by throbbing or pulsing headache and migraine, redness of the eyes and a red facial complexion. This is when rage is a habit and requires the habit to be dealt with typically.
Whilst this is not an exhaustive list I hope that it is helpful. Be mindful that any unchecked emotion especially anger can lead to health problems and blockages in the flow of energy through your body and soul. Sometimes anger persists merely because what we expect to happen does not and it is our nature to find something else to blame rather ourselves. I am not talking about making yourself feel depressed over everything but a little self honesty goes a long way.
Interestingly, anger involves the firing of neurons in the brain that are involved with communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, a gateway which opens as we persist in mediation. Often it is the brain's way of trying to find a solution to a difficult problem and channeling that anger energy correctly and waiting for it to subside can often allow the pathway to open and solutions to be reached which we would otherwise not have thought.
Focusing on Satan's gentle energies when angry can help to calm any rage or irritation and is another useful tool at your disposal, just be sure to thank him, as he so deserves.

helo hope everyone is wellafter recently opening my third eye crown and throat chakra and experiencing all the effects that go with it, i now find that after a lot of my meditation sessions i come out of it with pressure in my head and solar chakra and feel agitated and angry for no reason, my daily routine is usually clean chakras then spin colors then spin to speed of light then then work on specific chakras ie safely stimulate them with full chakra meditation then clean aura and program it for protection,
am i over doing it? i usually meditate for 40 mins or an hour a day been meditating for 4 years now but only recently since beginning of this year doing it every day seriously.
Hail Satan
