If it's too much, then don't do the specific pose. If you feel like you can't take it, and are new to this, don't push yourself. Do more simple, like Hatha Yoga (I think most of the poses are pretty simple, especially for beginners).

I practice yoga today especially asana I felt dizzy for some reasons.I did all the pose stance and at the end I feel dizzy more like a drunken state like a blood rush thru my whole body I about to pass out. Is it to much power? or my body can't handle it? what should I do?
