According to the calendar for my region, on a specific day the moon will be out of course for the whole day, is it more prudent for me to do the days of the ritual and stop from the day of the moon, or, do it on the free days, not do it on the day of the moon, but do it on the next free days after that? I'm really confused about that, and if how it applies in other days of ritual in the same situation.

These rituals have originally begun during a time that is optimal. The subsequent times then do not matter regarding void of course. A void-of-course Moon is to be avoided when starting something.
