Void of course Moon applies to the starting period of the whole working (the very first time you do it) not to any other part of the working.

Wouldn't it brake it? Can you do any workings during VoC with no problem, you just should start the beginning of the working on VoC? That's new for me.

Or it would not brake the working but it would not be effective for that day?

No. Workings are like a line of continuum so the beginning date is what counts.
