In my country, there are men who are master of eastern spirit. And i met one. He said that i have many dead people folow me ( he said they are my unborn sibling, like my mom was pregnant but she didnt give birth to them. Thid is actually very common thing ) i dont really know are they good or bad. Do you thinks id there any way to keep them away? Will father Satan protect me?

I can help here.  I have in my work as a medium often come across unborn children that were lost due to difficulties during pregnancy.  They would often be around their loved ones as familiars.  They would never harm you and your guardian would protect you anyhow.  It is actually a wonderful gift, so see it as such.
