Is bloodlust/bloodthirst normal? A friend said it was, and that he experiences it often especially when angered... but I'm just not sure about that.

The strange thing is, he never strikes out against anybody. Says it's sort of like an addiction, a strange energy-like feeling I guess.

Well what was stated earlier in the topic was tl;dr friend is bloodthirsty, though in addition I asked him to describe it to me since he's curious as to peoples' thoughts (he's a FB friend.)

It feels euphoric, exhilarating, yet at the same time... frightening. As if it's a second mind invading my own, yet at the same time feels like my own mind; the energy is chaotic and very strong."
