A question regarding binaural beats

Greetings brothers and sisters!

Does anyone have any experience with the use of binaural beats? Is it effective in any way? Can they be used as an aid in 'kickstarting' meditation for some of us who experience difficulty? I have total faith that Father Satan will help me overcome any obstacles in time, but i need to try everything i possibly can - before running to Daddy, so to speak.

<td val[/IMG]I have tried a couple of them before but i gave them up.I opened my crown chakra with binaural beats, sometimes they stimulate my chakras better than any meditation.I used Steven Halpern - Chakra suite's music,really a great album.
