I was wondering about what would happen if you did self hypnosis an imagined having sex what would happen cause I didn't want to try till I had a opinion on it cause I don't want to have sex with a thoughtform or enemy

It could theoretically work, but what does that benefit you? It instills unnatural ideas of what sex is supposed to be and can create sexual hangups. Wouldn't recommend it. Many young males are currently without a sexual partner and this is a social issue but I wouldn't go as far as this. Search for a real partner and enjoy. You're right about the unnatural kinks, if that is the case for op, however..
It might benefit people in some cases like having a low libido, or if they have been in a relationship with someone they love for a long time and the sexual spark is gone but everything else in the relationship is great.

In these cases self hypnosis using visualization of sexual acts with that person would definitely work positively, other than that, your point is valid, that wouldn't be of any help for the person.
