I am 19 years old. How do I know if I am out of puberty to do MO meditation? Or at what age would you recommend doing it so I would be 100% sure I'm out?

This isn't something that is of use at this time for you. You are young. In time your Guardian will lead you to these answers.

That is something very advanced. If you have to ask questions like this, you 100% aren't ready for it. That means that, even if you do it, the benefit will be little, and the result won't be what you set out for.
